Packages will ship for FREE using standard shipping service (ePacket). We are a small, growing business and ask for your patience during the processing and delivery period.
Please note: All items are shipped as soon as possible but how soon they are shipped may vary from product to product. Please also note that we ship from various worldwide warehouses, so if your order is for more than 1 item you may receive multiple satchels. Before holiday periods, Christmas and New Years’ please allow extra time for your order to ship to you.
If your order is for a bespoke item (made to measure) we will contact you directly to discuss both measurements and delivery time frames. We will always try our best to fit in with your needs and requirements. We can arrange for express shipping via DHL if you have an urgent event.
Things to take note of regarding your order:
Payment processing time can take up to 3 days through our international banking partners.
Preparation for delivery usually takes 1-3 days after payment has cleared.
Free standard delivery 7-20 working days once funds are cleared.
These are the key factors which will affect the time it takes for you receive your items and we ask for your patience. If there is any delay in the above process we will contact you to discuss. In rare circumstances, deliveries can be held up in customs and this is out of our control.
Tracking Your Order
When you create an account at the time of your purchase we are able to email you the status of your order and your tracking number. When an update occurs on your order you will receive an email notifying you of the change. The tracking numbers can also be found in your account details when you click into the order screen from the ‘My Account’ page.
We consign our deliveries to a number of contractors.
